Usage Policy

Updated: 2026-06-18

This Usage Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to your use of the website, dashboard, APIs, chat features, third-party sign-in, user keys, and related service functionality.

1. General Standard

You may use the Service only in a lawful, good-faith, documented, payment-compliant, and policy-compliant manner.

You must not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, evasive, abusive, hostile, or high-risk activity.

2. Accounts and Access

You must not:

  • lend, rent, sell, share, publicly post, or mass-distribute accounts, API keys, access tokens, or subscription benefits unless we explicitly permit it in writing;
  • use scripts, proxy farms, fake identities, stolen identities, temporary emails, suspicious payment methods, or multi-account patterns to evade billing, quotas, risk controls, suspensions, geographic restrictions, or provider restrictions;
  • abuse discounts, promos, invites, referrals, redemption codes, or dispute systems to obtain unfair value;
  • resell or repackage the Service without our express authorization.

3. Technical Abuse

You must not use the Service for technical abuse or security harm, including:

  • credential attacks, brute force, account takeover attempts, port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized access;
  • malware, ransomware, trojans, worms, malicious scripts, or evasion payloads;
  • excessive or manipulative traffic intended to drain resources, evade billing, pressure upstream providers, generate artificial disputes, or degrade the platform;
  • attempts to bypass routing, authentication, metering, billing, concurrency, region, safety, moderation, or risk-control mechanisms;
  • reverse engineering or systematic extraction of internal logic, hidden prompts, private mappings, internal policies, account-pool behavior, or security configurations.

4. Illegal and Harmful Content

You must not use the Service to create, request, process, distribute, automate, facilitate, or support:

  • fraud, scams, phishing, money laundering, card abuse, black-market activity, regulatory evasion, or illegal transactions;
  • intellectual-property infringement, trade-secret misuse, privacy violations, or unlawful surveillance;
  • child exploitation, trafficking, terrorism support, or graphic violent harm;
  • threats, targeted harassment, stalking, hate, discrimination, non-consensual sexual content, or extortion;
  • fake identity documents, fake financial documents, fake authorizations, forged evidence, or social engineering scams;
  • large-scale spam, spam comments, spam email, SEO pollution, or synthetic content farms.

5. Payment Abuse and Chargeback Abuse

You must not:

  • purchase, top up, subscribe, or use the Service with the intent to consume value and then dispute the transaction in bad faith;
  • submit false unauthorized-transaction claims, false non-delivery claims, or repeated abusive disputes;
  • use false billing details, false residence, VPN-based region spoofing, or misleading payment profiles to avoid payment or region restrictions;
  • knowingly dispute valid transactions after delivery of the service.

Where such behavior is suspected, we may immediately suspend access, freeze benefits, and provide evidence to payment partners.

6. Third-Party Provider Rules

The Service may route to or integrate third-party AI providers, APIs, cloud services, identity systems, and payment services. You must not use the Service in any way that violates third-party provider rules, including:

  • evading provider restrictions, sanctions, bans, or region requirements;
  • using the Service as a proxy to bypass another platform’s account, pricing, safety, or compliance model;
  • performing abusive benchmarking, hidden prompt extraction, secret extraction, extraction of provider-side safety systems, or industrial-scale scraping against provider systems;
  • generating or processing content that the relevant third-party provider prohibits.

Where third-party restrictions are stricter than this Policy, we may enforce the stricter standard.

7. High-Risk Use Cases

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, you must not rely on the Service as the sole basis for:

  • medical diagnosis, treatment, medication advice, or emergency health decisions;
  • legal advice, litigation decisions, or regulatory filings;
  • credit decisions, insurance decisions, employment screening, academic admissions, or fraud decisions with material legal or economic impact;
  • biometric surveillance, law-enforcement identification, sanctions screening, or critical infrastructure control;
  • weapons systems, cyberattacks, or any use case where model errors could reasonably create serious human harm.

AI output must be independently reviewed by qualified humans before use in consequential settings.

8. Data Rights and Responsibility

You may only upload, submit, or process content that you are lawfully entitled to use.

You must not:

  • upload confidential information that you are not authorized to disclose;
  • upload regulated or sensitive personal data unless you have verified that doing so is lawful and appropriate for the Service and any third-party provider involved;
  • attempt to extract, reconstruct, infer, or recover another user’s data, secrets, or internal platform data.

You are responsible for assessing the risk of sending data to any third-party model or provider through the Service.

9. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe you violated this Policy, the Terms, applicable law, or relevant provider rules, we may, with or without prior notice:

  • reject or block requests;
  • remove, restrict, or disable related content;
  • suspend, freeze, or terminate accounts, keys, subscriptions, balances, or features;
  • restrict billing, top-ups, refunds, redemption, or invite features;
  • record device, network, identity, payment, or transaction risk signals;
  • cooperate with providers, payment partners, Merchant of Record partners, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate;
  • take any other protective measure we reasonably consider necessary.

10. Review and Appeals

If you believe a restriction, suspension, or enforcement action was clearly erroneous, you may contact support and provide sufficient account, order, model, timing, network, and context information for review.

We may restore access at our discretion, but we are not obligated to restore access where we reasonably believe ongoing risk remains.
